People Association for Research Training and Humanity came into being with the coming together of dynamic professionals with rich and varied experience of working on a variety of subjects pertaining to the social and economic development. It is an independent organization of eminent professionals engaged in social research, market research and evaluation of government programs. It is registered under the Indian Societies Registration Act of 1860.
PARTH has been set-up with the objective of offering quality services through research and action to the program managers and policy makers who are every busy in developing new strategies and plans so as to bring about qualitative and lasting improvement in the lives of the people to ensure a holistic development of the society at large, those representing the economic strata in particular. We do all our work with full dedication along with we work on our commitments of given timelines.
It is an established fact that quality of any research output depends to great extent on the quality of data collected. Accurate data collection is essential to maintain integrity of research. Primary data collection is not an easy task and not the cup of all organizations. PARTH strives to provide quality data collection through a highly experienced field staff who has high integrity quotient. Primary data collection requires rigorous training, proper educational background and high integrity while collecting data. PARTH has a highly motivated and experienced experts in primary data collection in its pool of researchers. The quality and value of any research depends on the quality of data collected and poor quality data would lead to disastrous results leading to erroneous decision making. Lending credence to its capacity, field staff from PARTH has undertaken wide range of socio-economic, demographic data collection for several large projects. Field staff through intense and rigorous training has been sensitized while handling delicate situations.
We are known for our quality of data and our commitment. The data which we collect from field shows ground reality because we beleive in long-term relation with our prestigious clients. If the collected data itself is not real/genuine the whole purpose of conducting reseach or caring project will not have any qualitative purpose.

Field work/ survey is our main activity and it is most important stage of any survey. To play a qualitative role in field we give prper in-depth training to our field supervisors and field inteviewers. Field work is head by National/State/Project manager. Field executives handles supervisors and subsequently supervisors take care of investigator’s work.
We also have panel of investigators at national level in differnt cities and number of investigator to be deployed dpends on project requirment. They have been trained by us for different survyes and have experience of carrying out surveys on differnt topics in various parts of the country. They are trained and experieced.
To ensure quality and completnesess of data training of interviewers is vital. For all research projects, we conduct a training programme depending up the nature of the project to thoroughly brief interviewers about the objectives of the study, sensitivity of data, possible interviewer biases, precaustions needed, how to select respondents, etc. Training also includes mock calls, spot checks, back-checks and consistency checks on factual information.
Each team will have an experienced supervisor/team leader to guide and assist the interviewers. Supervisor would also accompnay them for the first few interviews. Thereafter he/she shall conduct random spot checks and back checks on the interviews conducted.
We deliver best quality to our valuabvle clients. For the purpose, our supervisor make phisical back-check and telephonic back-check of each interviewer, field officer also make back-check of each field officer. Also our trained supervisors also do accompaniments of each interviwer to make him/her understand the project/quaestioinnaire well. Overall, we adopted zero-teolerance quality system in field work.
PARTH came into existence in 2016 and since then we have three main projects for surveys which were completed successfully in given team periods. The brief of these projects are given below:
The total sample size was 3500 passengers. To conduct the passenger survey of Airline Passengers at Indira Gandhi International and Domestic Airport Delhi. Locate and canvass questionnaire for 3500 airline passengers.
To undertake primary survey of the respondents using printed questionnaires prepared by NCAER. And about 30 investigators and supervisors involved on this.
The total Sample size was 10,000 passengers. This was a complex exercise to encourage passengers to fill up surveys from their own mobiles/ laptop without using DIAL wifi. Each passengers are required to use their device and data connection to fill up surveys.
The survey was conducted both inside and outside the Delhi International Airport. The survey was not only successfully conducted but done before time with the help of more than 50 candidates from Delhi NCR.
The total Sample size was 30,000 passengers. This was a complex exercise to encourage passengers to fill up surveys from their own mobiles/ laptop without using DIAL wifi. Each passengers are required to use their device and data connection to fill up surveys.
The survey was conducted both inside and outside the Delhi International Airport. The survey was not only successfully conducted but done before time with the help of more than 250 candidates from different states.
